Shipping

We ship across Canada from the Comox Valley, BC, by Canada Post.

• Standard – $12, typically 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders over $75.
• Express – $20, typically 1 to 2 business days.

Orders go out within two business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. Small pieces are packed in padded mailers; jars are boxed and cushioned.

We do not ship outside Canada at the moment. If you are elsewhere and have your heart set on something, get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Returns

Every piece is described as honestly as we can, including any wear, and we are glad to send extra photos or measurements before you buy. If something arrives and is not what you expected, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return for a refund of the purchase price. Items should come back in the condition they were sent; return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless we made a mistake.

Assorted jars and lots are sold as-is and are final sale.

If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will make it right.
