Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Arbutus & Stone. Every piece is described as accurately as we can, including any wear, and we are glad to send extra photos or measurements before you order.

Returns. If an individual piece arrives and is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a return for a refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

Final sale. Assorted jars and mixed lots are sold as-is and are not returnable.

Damaged in transit. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Refund timing. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
