Shipping policy

We ship across Canada from the Comox Valley, British Columbia, by Canada Post.

Standard shipping is $12 and typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75.

Express shipping is $20 and typically takes 1 to 2 business days.

Orders are dispatched within two business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for remote addresses or during postal delays.

We do not currently ship outside Canada.

If anything arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full.
