A beautiful early Art Deco bracelet dating to approximately the 1920sβearly 1930s. It features an ornate oval centrepiece set with a richly coloured, faceted emerald-green glass stone, surrounded by a delicate halo of tiny seed-pearl or pearl-like beads.
The centrepiece is framed in an elaborate scalloped gilt-metal setting with wonderful aged detail, joined to a series of long rectangular engraved links. The links have the geometric character of the Art Deco period while keeping some of the romantic ornamentation of earlier jewelry.
